As a mover, completing a job properly in the Crew App ensures that all paperwork, billing, payments, and documentation are finalized before leaving the customer’s home. This process keeps everything accurate for the customer, the office team, and for you.
Completing a Job
You can only complete a job from the Crew App if the office has enabled this feature for your job type. Once enabled, you’ll see a Complete Job step at the end of your workflow.
Follow the steps in order: submit timesheets, collect required documents, finalize billing, and process payment. Once all steps are complete, tap Complete Job. This closes the job and sends all records back to the office automatically.

Documents
During a job, you’ll present documents to the customer for review and signature using the Crew App tablet.

These can be accessed at any time from the Job Overview page or the Actions menu. Examples include Inventory Review or Damage Waivers (if offered).
Optional documents are not part of the standard workflow and can be generated and presented to the customer at any point before or after the move.

Billing
Once timesheets are submitted, the Crew App automatically calculates the bill. Before moving on to payment, review the bill with the customer.
Review Bill: Confirm hours and charges are accurate.
Edit Bill: Adjust fees, add supplies, discounts, or extra charges if needed.
Custom Items: Create new line items for unexpected services or charges.

Payments
After billing, collect payment directly in the Crew App. Supermove supports multiple payment options, depending on your company settings:
Cash: Log directly in the app.
Check: Enter the last 4 digits of the check.
Credit Card (Supermove Payment): Process directly in the app.
External Card: Use another payment app, then confirm in Supermove.
Invoice / Pay Later: Bill the customer after the job is completed.

Photos
Some jobs require photo documentation, such as recording completed deliveries, noting damages, or verifying condition.
Capture photos directly using the tablet camera.
Upload photos from the tablet’s library if already taken.
Android devices may require enabling camera permissions in settings.

Next Step
To practice completing a job:
Open a test job in the Crew App.
Complete a Pre-Move document (Agreement of Moving Services).
Submit a Post-Move document (Shipping Order or Freight Bill).
Review and adjust the bill, adding a custom fee if needed.
Process a test payment using any method.
Capture a photo for documentation.
Once you’ve completed this workflow, you’ll be ready to handle real jobs confidently and ensure all records are accurate for the office team.
