As a mover, you’ll use the Supermove Crew App to log your hours, collect payment, and record tips for each job. Doing this correctly ensures payroll is accurate, your effort is properly tracked, and customer payments are captured smoothly.
Job Timesheet
The Job Timesheet is where you record the hours you worked during a move.
Standard Timesheet – enter your start and end times and mark them as Work, Driving, or Break. This logs a single set of hours for the whole crew.
Per-Position Timesheet – used on larger jobs (like commercial moves). Each role, such as Driver or Mover, logs hours separately to ensure pay accuracy.

Crew Hours
Crew Hours capture extra time that isn’t billed to the customer but counts toward payroll (e.g., travel back to the warehouse, prep work, or cleanup).
Log these in the Crew Hours step in the Crew App.
Solid blocks show regular billable time; dotted blocks show crew-only hours.
You can add or edit your own hours, and the office can adjust as needed.
