Overview
Jobs start in the Office, where the team reviews the customer’s needs, creates a quote, confirms and books the move, and then assigns movers and trucks based on availability and requirements.
Depending on your company’s setup, this notification may include:
An option to Accept or Decline the job
A notice that a new job has been added to your schedule for the week
This ensures that crews are always informed and can prepare for upcoming assignments directly from their devices.

Viewing Your Job via the Crew App
To access your jobs, you’ll first need your login credentials for the Crew App. These will be provided by your office team before you start.
Your credentials will remain the same unless updated by your office
The username is typically your company name in lowercase
The password to log in will be provided internally by your office team when you're ready to start using tablets
Logging In
Open the Crew App
Enter the credentials provided by your office
Find your specific user in the list and tap the profile bubble to log in
Viewing and Starting Jobs
Once logged in, you’ll see only the jobs assigned to you for that day
The Crew App does not show past or future jobs
When you’re ready to begin, tap on the first job in the list (from top to bottom) to start
