What to Do if the Crew App Stops Working
The Crew App may stop working for the following reasons: weak or no data service availability, a dead battery, or a product bug. If you’re unable to move to the next step in the workflow, follow the process below.
Steps to Follow
Contact your Office team immediately and let them know the app is stuck
The Office team will reset the job for you
Once the reset is completed by the Office, manually restart the tablet
Reopen the Crew App
Locate the job again — it will now be ready to start over
