Overview
Within Supermove, you're able to record a payment before, during, or after the move. This article will walk through the Payment Options that can be accessed from the Office and Crew App and what they all they mean!
Office App Payments
| Payment Method | Explanations |
| ACH | Record an ACH was sent/wired |
| Cash | Record a Cash Payment was collected |
| Check | Record a Check was collected. Users will be prompted to input the last 4 digits of the check number. |
| External Credit Card | Record a credit card payment made through an external program |
| Other | Record a payment made outside of Supermove via an alternate source not listed |
| PayPal | Record a payment made outside of Supermove via PayPal |
| Venmo |
Record a payment made outside of Supermove via Venmo |

Note: If you're enrolled in Supermove Payments, selecting the Supermove Credit Card option will allow you to run transactions in real-time from your account!
Crew App Payments
| Payment Method | Explanations |
| Cash | Record a Cash Payment was collected |
| Check | Record a Check was collected. Users will be prompted to input the last 4 digits of the check number. |
| External Credit Card | Record a credit card payment made through an external program |
| PayPal | Record a payment made outside of Supermove via PayPal |
| Venmo | Record a payment made outside of Supermove via Venmo |
| Invoice | Post-pone payment collection for the Office Team to handle with customer |
| Credit Card (Supermove) | Run a credit card in real-time |
| Save Card & Pay Later | Save a credit card in real-time for the Office Team to handle with customer |
Note: On the Crew App only running a card through Credit Card (Supermove) will charge the card in real-time. The External Credit Card option on the Crew App is intended for card payments taken on other platforms.
