- You need to correct an incorrect routing or account number
- You’ve changed banks and need payouts sent to a new location
How to Request a Bank Account Change
To update your banking information, fill out the secure DDA Change Request Form linked below:

You’ll need to provide:
- Email address
- Basic business information
- New bank account and routing number
Important Reminders
- There is a $20 processing fee for submitting this form. This fee will be applied to your monthly processing statement
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after your form is submitted
- Until the update is complete, payouts will continue to be sent to the original bank account on file
