Overview
The Sales Dashboard provides a centralized view of booking performance and sales activity across your organization.
This article covers:
Permissions & Views: The difference between Company Dashboard and My Dashboard.
Booking Metrics: Closed Won, In Progress, Closed Lost projects and associated revenue.
Activity Metrics: Inbound calls, outbound calls, leads created, and leads booked.
The Sales Dashboard helps sales managers and leadership quickly evaluate pipeline health and performance trends.
Permissions
There are two dashboard views available:
Company Dashboard
Visible to admins. Shows booking and activity metrics across the entire company. My Dashboard
Visible to salespeople. Shows metrics based on leads and projects assigned to them.
Booking Metrics
The Booking view displays project-based performance metrics:
Closed Won – Projects successfully booked and associated revenue
In Progress – Active projects and projected revenue
Closed Lost – Opportunities not booked and lost revenue
Projects are included based on their project date range.
If a project’s start and end dates overlap with the selected timeframe, it will be included in the results.
Selecting a specific metric (e.g., Closed Won) will filter both the chart and the project table to show only those projects.
Activity Metrics
Switching to the Activity view displays event-based performance metrics:
Inbound Calls
Outbound Calls
Leads Created
Leads Booked
Unlike Booking metrics, Activity metrics are driven by the date and time the event occurred, not the project’s scheduled dates.
This allows teams to measure sales engagement and outreach performance separately from booking results.
The Sales Dashboard centralizes both booking performance and sales activity into a single reporting experience for your team.
