This guide shows you how to add additional users to your CoPilot account so your team can access the system.

Important Information Before You Start
License Limitations
- You can only add users up to your current license limit
- Your available licenses are set up in our system
- Need more licenses? Contact our Customer Success or Support team
Step 1: Navigate to Team Settings
- Click on Settings
- Select Team Members
- Click Invite Team Member
- Enter their first name and last name
- Enter their direct number
- Enter their email address
- Select either Admin or Sales role
- Admin: Full access to settings and can see all company calls
- Sales: Limited access and can only see their own calls
- Click Next
- Choose a SuperMove number from available options
- Click Next to review all information
- Click Submit to create the user
After Setup
First-Time Login
- New user receives a welcome email with login instructions
- This welcome email is only valid for their first login
Future Logins
- Users go to: sales.supermove.co
- Enter their email address
- Receive an email with a PIN code to log back in
