Accessing Playbook Settings

Creating Custom Playbook Tasks

- Click Add Task in your playbook settings

Accessing Completed Tasks
- Navigate to your completed call
- Look for the playbook tasks section (appears after call completion)
- Each task will have a Generate or Run Action button
