Overview
Outbound Calling Queues in Copilot make it easier than ever to organize and automate your team’s outreach. Instead of manually dialing one lead at a time, you can now build a queue of calls directly from your Leads or Calls tab and let the Auto Dialer handle the rest.
This guide walks you through how to add calls to a queue, manage active call lists, and control the outbound calling process from start to finish.
Adding Calls from the Sales Tab
You can easily add leads to your outbound calling queue from the Sales section. This is especially useful for grouping new or follow-up leads for voice agents to call.
To queue calls from the Sales tab:
Go to Sales > My Leads or Sales > Company Leads.
Use the checkboxes on the left to select the leads you want to call.
Click Add to Calls List at the top right.
Select the Voice Agent who will handle the calls.
Adding Calls from the Calls Tab
You can also add outbound calls directly from the Calls tab.
From either My Calls or Company Calls, select the relevant entries to queue them for your voice agent’s outbound auto dialer.
To add calls from the Calls tab:
Go to Calls > My Calls or Calls > Company Calls.
Use the checkboxes to select the calls you want to include.
Click Add to Calls List at the top right.
Select a Voice Agent from the dropdown to assign the calls.
This method is especially useful when re-queuing missed, failed, or incomplete calls for follow-up.
Managing the Outbound Calling Queue
Once calls have been added to a queue, you can manage them under the Outbound Calling tab.
This view shows all queued calls, along with the associated project details and the selected Voice Agent.
To review or manage your queue:
Go to Calls > Outbound Calling.
Use the dropdown on the right to select the Voice Agent queue you want to view.
Review the list of queued calls — you’ll see the Client Name, Project Number, Move Dates, and Date Added.
To remove a call, click the X next to the entry.
When you’re ready to start dialing, click Start Calling.
The auto dialer will begin making up to five calls at a time, automatically cycling through your queue. Calls will continue every five minutes until the queue is empty.
If you want to restart the process immediately, simply click Stop Calling, then Start Calling again.
Outbound Calling Process
Once the outbound dialer is started, Copilot will automatically work through the call queue until every entry has been completed.
Each call in the queue will be:
Automatically dialed in order of appearance.
Logged in real-time within the Calls tab for tracking and follow-up.
Updated with call results and notes once completed.
When the queue finishes, it will remain active. Any new calls added will be picked up automatically in the next five-minute cycle.
