Overview
This article explains how to use the post-call view in CoPilot to review your completed calls and access important information. The screen automatically shows customer details like names, phone numbers, and move information, and lets you generate useful documents like follow-up emails and inventory lists with just one click. You can also listen to the full call recording, read the transcript, and export lead information.

How to Access Your Post-Call Screen
Option 1: During an Active Call
If you have CoPilot open during a call, it will automatically show the post-call screen when the call ends.
Option 2: Finding Past Calls
- Navigate to your calls list (company calls or my calls)
- Click on the specific call you want to review
What You'll See on the Post-Call Screen
Call Information (Top Section)
- Time the call took place
- Call duration (how long it lasted)
- Sales rep who handled the call
- Phone number of the caller
- Call direction (incoming or outgoing)
Call Summary
- Automatic summary of the call
- Can be customized from your settings

Playbook Section
- Shows all playbook items that were discussed
- Completed items are crossed off
- Each item is time-stamped - click to jump to that specific point in the call

Available Document Types
Your post-call screen includes tools to create:
- Call summaries
- Inventory lists
- Follow-up emails
- Customer sentiment analysis

How to Generate Call Information
- Look for the task you want (example: "Customer Sentiment")
- Click on the "generate" button underneath the task
- Get instant results
Lead Details Section
Automatic Information Capture
As the call happens, this section automatically fills in:
- Phone number (always captured)
- Name and email
- Move size and dates
- Locations mentioned
- Salesperson assigned
- Referral source
- Custom notes
Exporting Leads
Before Export
- Shows "Export" button if connected to SuperMove or SmartMoving
- Displays all lead information that will be exported
After Export
- Shows "Completed" status
- Displays export date and time
- Provides link to the exported information in your other system
Call Audio and Transcript
Full Call Review
- Complete audio recording of the call
- Full transcript of the conversation
- Clickable timestamps - click any point in the transcript to jump to that moment in the audio
