As a crew member, keeping your schedule up to date ensures you’re available for job assignments and helps the office team plan moves efficiently. Supermove provides a simple way to manage your availability using the Crew App via SMS.
How Schedules Work (View from Office User)
This section explains how the Crew Schedule is displayed from the office side. While primarily for office users, it’s helpful for movers to understand how availability is tracked and assigned.
Each day on a schedule is color-coded to indicate availability:
Green – Available for job assignments
Red – Unavailable
Grey – Not selected; defaults to available for dispatch
Setting Your Schedule via SMS (View from Mover)
Depending on how your account is set up, you may have the option to set your availability via SMS.
You will receive a text message with a link to set your schedule. Click the link to open your schedule.
By default, all days are marked green (available). Toggle any day to red if you are unavailable.
Changes are saved automatically. There is no separate Save button.
Once your availability is set, your schedule will sync with the office view in Supermove.
Example of SMS Movers will receive:
Job Acceptance & Schedule Conflicts
If a banner appears saying you are not scheduled to work that day, you will not be able to accept a job.

This happens if:
The office marked you as unavailable on that day, or
You have not updated your schedule for a day that defaults to unavailable (depending on company setup).
To accept a job, the office must mark you available for that day. Once updated, the mover can accept the assignment.
SMS Notifications
Crew members only receive the initial SMS with the schedule link.
Changes made by the office (e.g., marking a day red) do not trigger additional SMS notifications.
The weekly reminder SMS can be used to prompt crew members to check their schedule.
Next Step
Open your Crew Schedule link and review your availability for the upcoming week. Toggle any days you won’t be able to work.
Practice Challenge
Check your schedule for the next two weeks.
Toggle at least one day unavailable.
Confirm your updated schedule appears correctly in the Crew App.
Verify the office can see your availability reflected in the Crew Schedule.
