Supermove offers different customization options when it comes to Billing, Documents, Project/Job Types, Crew Settings, and more!
To access these Settings, click on the gear icon found in the top-right corner next to your username:
Supermove Settings
| Create Training Project | Like the name implies this setting allows you to create a training or test job. This is soley for testing pruposes and this project will not affect metrics nor show up on calendars |
| Company Settings | This allows you to modify you Bueiness information, Branding, Branches, Warehouses, Lead Providers, Referrals. Crew App login details, Payments, Accounting and Claims |
| Staff | Here you can set up Office Staff & Admins, Movers, Positions and Permission profiles |
| Moves | This allows you to customize you Supermove Calendars, Trucks, Slots and Location Types |
| Projects | Here you can create Project/Job types, Tags, Sales stages and Cancellation reasons |
| Billing | In the setting you can edit the existing billing library or create new ones, modify Hourly rates, create Billing formulas, Billing variables and add tables. |
| Documents | Here you can Edit existing documents or create new ones |
| Automations | Automations like the name implies allows you to create automated worflows within Supermove |
| Tasks | This setting allows you to create Task templates to be completed by Office users |
| Storage | Here you can access all Stroage related settings, like Creating storage projects, Warehouses and Container types |
| Communication | In this setting you can create Email templates, SMS templates, and Document Flows. You can also edit Calendar integrations and Call integrations. |
| Inventory | the inventory section allows you to update the types of surveys you offer and you inventory libraries. |
| Import Jobs | As the name impies this allows you to import and CSV of past jobs from a previous CRM |
