Crew App Settings
The Crew App Settings are divided into two main sections that determine how your moving crew interacts with Supermove during a job.
Configuration
Crew Steps
Let’s break these down below.
Configuration
The Configuration section allows your team to define the default behavior and settings of the Crew App. These settings control how jobs are displayed to crew members and how they can interact with certain features.
Examples of configuration options include:
Time Tracking Settings – Determine whether crew members are required to clock in and out.
Editing Billing and Payments – Allow or restrict whether crews can edit job charges or collect payments in the field.
Signature Requirements – Enable or disable customer signature collection.
These settings are typically configured once by an admin or operations manager and apply globally to all crew tablets.
Crew Steps
The Crew Steps section defines the sequence of actions crew members must complete during each job. Think of this as the workflow that guides your movers from start to finish.
Each step can be customized to match your company’s operational process, and may include:
Pre-Move Documents – Display documents that must be reviewed and signed before loading.
Crew Hours/Timesheets – Capture total working time, breaks, and billable hours.
Post-Move Documents – Capture final signatures, payments, and job notes.
You can enable, disable, or reorder these steps depending on your company’s SOPs and preferred job flow.
