As an office user, your role includes wrapping up jobs accurately and efficiently. This means finalizing bills, collecting payments, ensuring documentation is complete, and closing out projects. Supermove provides tools and reports to help you stay organized, track performance, and maintain accurate records—both inside the platform and in QuickBooks.
Wrap-Up Responsibilities
Before closing out a job, make sure these key areas are complete:
Billing Accuracy: Confirm all charges, fees, and discounts are correct.
Invoices & Receipts: Send finalized invoices or receipts to customers.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork, including signed confirmation letters, is on file.
Payments: Collect outstanding balances and mark invoices as paid.
QuickBooks Export: Make sure invoices are synced to keep accounting records up to date.
Job Closure: Finalize the job and mark it as complete in Supermove.

QuickBooks Integration
Supermove integrates with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, making it easy to sync invoices, payments, and customer data. Here’s what new users need to know:
Exporting Invoices
Move Invoices: Export directly from the Invoice tab on a project. Click the three dots and select Queue for QuickBooks Exports.
Storage Invoices: Export from the storage project page using the same three-dot menu.
Automatic Exports
You can set up invoices to auto-export by project type. Changes to bills or new payments trigger automatic updates in QuickBooks.
This ensures your accounting records are always current without manually checking each invoice.
QuickBooks Customer Mapping
Supermove allows you to link each client to a corresponding QuickBooks customer.
For personalized integrations, bill items can be mapped to specific QuickBooks products or services, including by crew position if needed.
If a client mapping isn’t set, the system will use email, phone, and client name to identify the correct QuickBooks customer.
Troubleshooting QuickBooks Integration
QuickBooks Online: Ensure Custom Transaction Numbers are OFF. Check connection status in Company Settings > Accounting.
QuickBooks Desktop: Ensure the software and Connector app are running. If integration shows offline, reopen QuickBooks and the Connector app.
