Supermove offers several integrations that allow you to connect third-party apps, systems, and tools ~ enabling information to flow seamlessly in and out of Supermove.

Lead Capture
When it comes to inbound lead capture, Supermove offers three main options to help you automatically collect and manage new leads:

Payment Processing (Internal integration)
Supermove offers an in-house credit card processing feature known as Supermove Payments. By using Payments, you can streamline your entire Supermove experience — allowing:
Sales teams to process pre-move deposits directly in the Office App
Accountants to trigger payable invoices with ease
Crew members to collect payments from customers directly on the Crew App tablet
This integrated solution eliminates the need for external processors and keeps all transactions within your Supermove system.
To begin the process of transitioning to Supermove Payments, please contact your Supermove Sales Representative. Once Payments has been activated on your account, you can move forward with the setup steps outlined below.

Google Calendar Integrations (Outbound Calendar Information)
The Google Calendar integration mirrors the Moves and Surveys calendars from the Supermove Office App. By setting up this integration, all scheduled moves, surveys, and related commitments in Supermove will automatically sync to your preferred calendar application (such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCal).
This allows you and your team to view your Supermove schedule alongside personal or company events, providing a unified, easy-to-access calendar view.
Sales Calendar Integrations (Inbound Calendar Information)
The Sales Calendar integration is built for individual salespeople. It allows each salesperson to sync their personal or work calendar with Supermove, ensuring surveys and other sales-related activities are scheduled based on their actual availability.
With this integration enabled, Supermove can automatically reference each salesperson’s calendar to help prevent double-booking, improve scheduling efficiency, and streamline your team’s workflow.
Two-Way Email
You can now connect your Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook) email account to Supermove to enable two-way email communication. This allows you to send and receive emails directly within the Supermove platform, creating a smoother and more professional communication experience with your customers.
In addition, connecting your email also enables integration between your Supermove Calendar and your Google Calendar, ensuring your scheduled moves and surveys stay in sync across both platforms.
By default, Supermove sends messages one-way from noreply@supermove.co. However, once your company email account is connected, messages will:
Appear to come directly from your company’s email address
Route customer replies back into Supermove automatically
Maintain a consistent and professional communication thread within the platform
