As an office user, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices, transactions, payments, and occasionally, refunds. The office app allows you to make sure any pending invoices are sent to the customer and completed. In the case a customer isn't able to pay on their end, you can gather their credit card details and charge them from the Office app.
How to Review Payments
All supermove payment transactions can be reviewed by going to the '$' button found on the Main control panel. Here you will find 6 tabs that make up the Payments section.
- Dashboard: A graph that shows the dollar amount and number of transactions month over month
- Transactions: A list of all transactions that have occurred in the system. With their respective customer name, timestamp, transaction type, amount, etc...
- Batches: Are the grouping of payments pending to be sent to your bank account
- Payouts: Are the pay stubs of the payments that were sent to your bank account
- Statements: As the name implies, this will house your monthly statements, similar to your bank statements
- Disputes: Any disputes generated by customers on any payments will show here, allowing you to either contest or accept the dispute/chargeback.

How to Manage Credit Cards
The option to manage credit cards can be found on each project, right underneath the Bill by clicking into "+ Record Payment". Here you can view their current credit cards, add a new one to the system, charge them, or delete them if needed.

Recording Refunds
Recording a refund is a simple as going to the Payments Section [Dollar Sign '$' on the control panel], locating the transaction to refund, clicking on it, clicking the Refund/Void option, then inputting the amount to refund and the Reason for the refund.
