The Knowledge Base holds company information such as hours, services, location addresses, and any background information you want your Voice Agent to have access to.
This information will be shared across all Voice Agents.
Access the Knowledge Base
- Go to
sales.supermove.co - Navigate to:
SettingsCompanyAIKnowledge Base
Or go directly to:
https://sales.supermove.co/settings/company/ai/knowledge-base
Add Information to Preset Sections
The Knowledge Base includes preset categories such as:
- Business Information
- Hours of Operation
- Services & Offerings
To add information:
- Click Edit on a section
- Add your company information
- Save your changes
Create Additional Sections
To add a custom section:
- Click + New Section
- Name the section
- Add your information
- Save your changes
The Knowledge Base helps your Voice Agents answer customer questions using shared company information across all agents.
