This checklist outlines the core steps salespeople should follow to manage jobs effectively in Supermove. Use it to ensure every job is accurate, tasks are tracked, documents are confirmed, and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Management Checklist for Salespeople

| Update Project Details | Confirm sales stage, lead status, and project status are accurate. |
| Add or Edit Project & Job Descriptions | Add notes at the Project level (copied to all jobs in the project) or Job level (specific to an individual job). These notes can appear on internal or customer-facing documents. |
| Confirm Documents | Ensure Confirmation Letters or other required documents are sent, received, and signed. |
| Create a Task | Add new tasks from the Project Page or Tasks Page; assign to yourself or team members. |
| Complete Tasks / Archive | Mark tasks as complete, or archive/unarchive them as needed. |
| Add Notes | Record Office Notes, Dispatch Notes, Crew Notes, or Comments to provide context and instructions. |
| Prepare for Dispatch | Verify jobs have assigned crew and trucks, and all information is accurate before operations scheduling. |
| Review Pipeline | Use Moves > Projects to visualize progress and identify stalled jobs. |
| Leverage Automations | Apply automations to send reminders, update statuses, or assign tasks to reduce repetitive work. |
Notes & Tips
Project-level descriptions appear on all jobs within a project; Job-level notes are specific to that job.
Always select the correct note type so the right team members see it.
Archive completed tasks to keep your dashboard organized.
Use Moves > Projects page for a clear view of your pipeline and upcoming deadlines.
Consider setting up automations to streamline repetitive tasks.
