There may be times when a crew runs into an issue on-site that prevents them from properly completing the job in the Crew App. In these cases, the Office team can reset the job, allowing the crew to continue and finish the workflow correctly.
How to Reset a Job
Go to the project and locate the job the crew is currently working on.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the job name.
From the drop-down menu, select Reset Job.
Confirm the reset when prompted.
After the reset, have the movers manually restart their tablet to ensure they’re running the latest version. Once restarted, the job will reappear in the Crew App, and the crew can continue with the workflow as usual.
