Welcome to the Communications page! Here, you can easily customize your Supermove experience by configuring system notifications and setting up your preferred reply-to email address. You'll also find a list of system-created SMS and Email templates, with the option to create your own, allowing for efficient and customized communication in Supermove.
Navigate to Settings (top right), and scroll down to Communication and click on View/Edit Communication Settings
System Notifications are a type of email communication sent by Supermove to internal users within your company. These notifications are primarily used for predefined emails, such as job request form submissions, and certain emails sent during the Edit Report invoice processes. Think of them as administrative-level alerts.
Previously, the system emails that were directed to your organization's email address, typically set up through customer requests and account creation. Now, you have the flexibility to change the list of email recipients through the communication settings.
You can add multiple email addresses to the list. Just click on Edit and type in the email address, then click Save.
The Reply-To settings are designed to streamline your outgoing email communications. Admins can now update the company settings to determine who the email client will automatically direct responses to when the recipient clicks the reply button.
By default, new accounts will have the Reply-To Sender enabled. However, Admins have the option to switch to Reply-to Company. See the difference between them below:
- With Reply-to Sender, within email clients, clicking the reply button will automatically send the response to the person who initially sent the email.
- In contrast, Reply-to Company allows the company to specify a single email address that will receive responses when customers click the reply button in their email client.
In this section, you will find a list of System Email Templates. These are available from the moment your Supermove account is created. These templates cover the typical email responses used for everyday tasks when communicating with your clients.
