Click View/Edit Communication Setting
Continue to SMS Templates
Click Create Custom Template and enter Template Name
Select Template Type
Note: If Type = Customer, the template will be available to use on the job page. If Type is any other, it will be available for internal messaging under Settings > Staff.
Enter the body of the message.
When you're ready, click Create
Follow the steps below to test the template!
Navigate to any project page > Contact
Click Use Template
Select the created template. Notice that only the templates with Type = Customer are displayed here.
Finally, notice that the body of the message appears like below. You may edit it as desired before sending.
