This article outlines how to use the Hourly Rate Override field to adjust the hourly rate on a one-time basis—perfect for unique jobs that require a custom rate outside of your standard billing setup.

Steps to Follow
- From the Project page, scroll down to the Billing section
- Select the Hourly Rate Line Item
- Hover over the hourly rate line item (e.g., 2 Movers & 1 Truck – $175/hr) until it highlights in blue, then click the pencil icon to edit
- On the right-hand side, locate the Hourly Rate Override field, and type in the new hourly rate you want to charge
- For example, update from $175 to $200.
- Click Save. The system will automatically recalculate the bill using your new hourly rate while retaining the time logic from the crew's timesheet
