Automations Settings
We have a new interface for viewing and managing your Automations within Supermove. Now, you can view more details about your automation to understand what it’s used for and the project types that it applies to.
Your automations are now grouped by the event trigger which makes it easy to find everything that happens when a project is created on Supermove.
This update will be rolling out to all companies over the next couple of weeks.
Editing Cost & Compensation Per Project
Following on from last time, we have a new Cost & Compensation editing interface per project. Now you can review all costs associated with this project as well as reviewing individual salesperson and mover compensation based on the billing items. Quickly make adjustments with inline editing and add new costs from your library quickly via the dropdowns.

Edit, Send, and Finalize Multiple Invoices
With this new update, you’ll be able to edit, send, and finalize multiple invoices before the projects are completed. This allows you to create a special purpose invoice, send it to the customer, and get paid before marking the project as completed.
This is perfect for commercial use cases or long interstate moves where the payment needs to be collected multiple times throughout the move.
This update is in early beta and will be rolling out to all companies that have multiple invoices enabled over the next couple of weeks.
Abstracts & Statements Tab for Van Line Agents
If you are utilizing our Sirva or Unigroup Integration, we have new accounting views for reviewing your daily abstracts and bi-monthly statements. These tabs include understanding your revenue (including Credits and Debits) and breaking down your revenue by each unique Agent ID.
If you’re an agent and not currently using our integration, please reach out to product@supermove.com with information about your Agent ID(s) and that you’d like to set up the integration.
Copilot: Call Notifications
Call notifications within Copilot are now smarter. Supermove now generates a quick summary of the last interactions with the customer so that your sales teams have quick info before they answer the phone. This includes context from the most recent communication or calls that have been recorded in the Supermove system. If you’re utilizing the Office App in addition to Copilot, that means your emails and text messages will be included so that your sales team always knows the latest communication before answering the phone.
Developer API: Add Survey Endpoint
The Developer API – Add Survey endpoint lets you automatically add survey and inventory information to existing projects.
This integration gives you flexibility to send survey data (including furniture and packing materials) directly from your system into Supermove, keeping your projects up to date with minimal manual effort.
This December, our Support Education Series will spotlight the updated Cost & Compensation module ~ a new way to manage how you track and assign compensation for your team. With individual rates for movers and sales staff, plus automation that adds compensation items based on project roles, you’ll have more control and efficiency when managing your team’s costs.
