Conversation Inbox: Edit Project Details
In addition to seeing full project and job details on the Conversations Inbox, you can now make quick edits as well! For the fields on the project, you can click on the edit pencil icon and it’ll open up an inline editable field. Simply make the edit to the field and save by hitting the checkmark.
Multi-Branch Email Accounts
Supermove’s 2-way email system now supports connecting multiple email accounts for a single company. This allows multi-branch companies to select a different email to use for individual corporate or franchise branches. You can also connect department email accounts so that different email templates can be sent by selecting a different email account to send from.
Survey Scheduling with Calendars
If your staff members have connected their email accounts to Supermove, you can now choose to surface the calendars on those accounts directly on the Create Project page. As you are scheduling a survey, you can see the events for the specific date on the connected calendars and make sure to avoid time conflicts with existing appointments.
Billing Taxable Survey Items
We now support automatically marking the survey items as taxable on a per-project type basis. Under the Surveys settings per project type, if you company enables the “Tax Survey Items” option, then the survey items bill that is auto-generated on the project will set all items to be taxable.
