Automations can be set up to notify external systems when specific events occur in Supermove. While there isn’t a single “project updated” webhook, you can achieve similar functionality by configuring automations with the right triggers and actions.
Some common triggers for sending notifications include:
Project Sales Stage Updated – fires when a project’s sales stage changes
Project Variable Updated – fires when a specific variable on the project is updated
When one of these triggers fires, you can choose the Send Project Payload action to send the outbound project JSON payload to your desired endpoint. From there, your system can interpret the payload and handle it however you’d like (e.g., update records, send alerts, or log changes).

Automations are flexible and can also be used for internal actions like tagging projects or external notifications via text messages, emails, or webhooks.
