Overview
The Hourly Rates Table is a new way to manage your billing rates in Supermove. Once enabled on your account, it gives you full control to create, edit, and update hourly rates directly—without needing to reach out to Product Experts for every change.
Accessing Hourly Rates
Once enabled, you’ll find Hourly Rates under:
Settings > Billing > Hourly Rates
Here you can:
Create new hourly rate tables
Edit existing tables
Duplicate tables for new versions
Creating or Editing Hourly Rates
Navigate to Settings > Billing > Hourly Rates
Click + Create Hourly Rate to set up a new table, or use the pencil icon ✏️ to edit an existing one.
Configuring Your Rates
When setting up a rate table, you’ll be asked to select the metrics that define your rates:
-
Primary Metrics
Of Movers
Of Trucks
-
Secondary Metric (optional)
Days of Week
This allows you to build flexible hourly rates that reflect your business needs—for example, adjusting costs based on weekday vs. weekend, or scaling rates by the number of movers or trucks.
Adding Rates
Once your metrics are set, you can fill in your hourly rates:
Add rates for each combination of movers, trucks, and/or days of the week.
Use the Per Additional Mover row at the bottom to set costs for any mover added beyond those listed in the table.
Example:
2 Movers = $150/hour (Mon–Thu)
2 Movers = $160/hour (Fri–Sun)
Each additional mover = +$50/hour
