Sales Module Beta
The Office App now includes a brand-new Sales tab—designed as a home base for Sales teams. This new experience introduces customizable Sales Stages, separate views for My Leads and Company Leads, and enhanced tools like sortable columns to help teams prioritize and take action quickly.
The new Sales Module will begin rolling out throughout August, and beta access is currently available.
If your company is interested in early access, send an email to product@supermove.com with the subject line: "Sales Module Beta".
Email Tracking & Deliverability
If your company is using Two-Way Email with Microsoft Outlook or Gmail, Supermove now supports email tracking—giving you visibility into when a customer opens or clicks an email. This information is displayed in both the Conversation Widget and the Conversations Inbox.
⚠️ Note: Email tracking may be blocked by certain ad blockers or email clients. As a result, some emails may not show as "opened" even if they have been viewed.
Office App Settings Preview
We’re building a redesigned Settings experience in the Office App to make it faster and easier to navigate. The new layout will organize settings by module and department, introduce a streamlined interface, and include a search bar to help you quickly find the pages you need.
If your team frequently updates settings and would like to try out the new experience early, reach out to product@supermove.com to express your interest.
Automatically Create Projects from Copilot Calls
Supermove Copilot can now automatically create projects when a new call comes in and basic contact details (name and phone number) are captured.
These projects will appear directly in the new Sales Tab, giving your team a seamless way to track and manage incoming leads—no manual setup required.
Support Education Series: New Sales Module
This August, our Support Education Series will highlight the brand-new Sales Module in the Office App—a dedicated workspace designed to streamline lead management and boost your sales team’s productivity. With new features like customizable sales stages, dedicated tabs for My Leads and Company Leads, and improved sorting tools, this module gives you everything you need to take control of your sales process in Supermove.
