We've made things easier for you by bringing billing, payment fees, and tips settings all under one roof within your Supermove account. You can access these settings by going to Company Settings, and some of them can also be adjusted based on specific project type.
You can configure payment fees for the Crew App directly from the Company Settings page. You have the flexibility to add fees per hour or as a percentage. These fees will be displayed in the Crew App when you choose a payment method and will be automatically included in your job-based bills.
You can now edit your Tip percentages right from the Payments tab. This gives you the freedom to add, modify, or remove tip percentages as per your preferences.
In the Accounting (Billing) tab, you'll now find a toggle for Cost & Compensation. This setting is initially turned off for new accounts, but you can easily enable it whenever you need it.
NOTE: When turned on, this feature will tally up the costs related to each job, allowing you to figure out how much profit you make per move.
On each Project Type, you have the ability to configure what type of billing method is used on the Crew App. You can choose between Job-level billing and Project-level billing. With Job-level billing, you can collect payments for each day of a multi-day move, providing you with more options to suit your specific needs.
