Accessing your Supermove Crew App

Important: This information can only be accessed through the Supermove Office App. All information provided in this article is in reference to the Office App.

The Supermove Crew App requires an Organization Code and a PIN to log in. This article will cover:

1. Where to locate your Tablet Login (Organization Code) and Passcode (PIN)
2. How to use your tablet credentials to log in to the Supermove Crew App
3. Locate and add a tablet passcode for each crew member

Locating your Tablet Login and PIN for the Supermove Crew App

From within your Office App, navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Crew App or go to Tablets on the left-hand main menu 

Here you will find your Tablet Login and Passcode to be used for logging into the Supermove Crew App. By default, your passcode will be hidden. To view your current passcode, click the eye icon next to the passcode.

Note: To change your passcode, click the Edit button in the top right corner. Complex passcodes are supported by using alphanumeric characters. 

Set up Individual Crew Passcode 

From within your Office App, navigate to Settings. On the left-hand main menu, navigate to Admin > Team > Movers, then find the crew member you’d like to update. From there, you can set or edit their personal passcode.

Logging into the Crew App

1. Open the Supermove Crew App by either clicking the app on your Android device, or by navigating to the web browser version at crew.supermove.co (for non-Android devices)
2. Enter your Tablet Login and Passcode in the respective fields, and press Log In
   
   You will now be signed in to your Crew App and can access crew profiles to complete assigned jobs!
