Overview
As a Supermove user, you have the ability to take information from Supermove and seamlessly export it directly into a Sage account for bookkeeping and financial purposes. Please follow the steps below for configuring your integration from your Sage account.
Configuration Steps in Sage
To successfully connect Sage with Supermove, you first need to configure the following from your Sage account:
A) Ensure You are Subscribed to Web Services
To enable this, please do the following within your Sage account:
- Navigate to Company >> Admin >> Subscriptions
- Find Web Services and click on it to Subscribe
- Ignore the warning about additional changes. You screen should look like the following below
B) Create a Web Service User
From your Sage account, please do the following:
- Navigate to Company >> Web Service User
- Click NEW
- Input the following values for these fields:
- User ID = supermove
- First name: Supermove
- Last name: Integration
- Email Address = the email address of the individual in your organization responsible for setting-up the integration (e.g. IT, accountant, bookkeeper, etc)
- User Type = Business
- Admin Privileges = Full
- Then click on the Roles Information tab and select the Role created in the previous step
- Click Save
- Ignore any warning that there will be a charge for creating the User
Configuration Steps in Supermove
After you've completed the steps above, please navigate to your Supermove account to then proceed with the following steps for installing the full connection to Sage:
- From your Supermove Office App account, navigate to Settings >> Accounting >> Accounting Integrations and then click New Connection
- Select Sage Intacct and your main company branch

A window will pop-up asking for your Company ID, User ID, and Password. These are the credentials that were set-up for the Web Services user during the Sage set-up above. Please note, the password is sent automatically via email to the Email Address listed above for that Web Services User.

After submitting the Web Services User credentials, the platform will ask yo approve the connection -- click Accept
- This will automatically enter the Sender ID for Supermove and the initial data sync between Supermove and Sage will initiate
Your Supermove > Sage Accounting integration set-up is now complete.
