Overview
Every Supermove Lead Form comes with its own unique link that can be shared directly with customers or added to your website. For companies looking for a deeper integration, the Embed Code allows the form to be placed directly on a webpage, providing a seamless, branded experience.
Both options ensure your form always reflects the latest published version and give you flexibility in how customers interact with it. When embedded, the form can dynamically match your website’s styling ~ including colors, fonts, and layout ~ helping it feel fully integrated into your site while maintaining the full functionality of a Lead Form.
Lead Form Settings
To access sharing options for a Lead Form:
Go to Settings → Sales → Lead Forms
Open your form and click the Settings tab (next to the editor)

Below, you’ll find two options:
Option 1: Share the Link
The Form Link is the simplest way to share your Lead Form.
Send the link directly to customers by email or text
Add the link to your company website (e.g., “Request a Quote” button)
The form always reflects the latest published version (draft changes won’t show)
When customers view the form:
They can complete and submit it directly
Required fields will show validation errors if left blank
Option 2: Embed the Form
The Embed Code lets you place the Lead Form directly inside a webpage on your site.
Provides a seamless, branded experience for customers
Supports dynamic styling, allowing the form to match the look and feel of your website (colors, fonts, and layout)
Best suited for companies with web developer support (requires editing site code)
