Overview
With Two-Way Email in Supermove, you can now track when customers open and click your emails, and see detailed delivery statuses, including bounced and failed emails. This feature works when sending through either Microsoft Outlook or Google Gmail.
Email Tracking: Opens & Clicks
When an email is sent from Supermove via Two-Way Email, we now include tracking information to show when a customer:
Opens the email
Clicks a link in the email
This tracking information appears in both the Conversation Widget and the Conversation Inbox.
Example: Email open and click tracking in Supermove
Bounced Emails
If an email is sent to an invalid address or rejected by the recipient’s inbox, Supermove will now detect the bounce and display an error message.
In both the Conversation Widget and the Conversation Inbox, bounced emails will appear with a specific Bounced error status. This helps you quickly understand why the email failed so you can correct the address and resend.
Example: Bounced email in Conversation Inbox
Failed Emails & Deliverability Issues
In addition to bounces, Supermove now detects other issues that can prevent an email from sending successfully.
Emails that fail for reasons other than a bounce will display an orange “Failed” status
These errors can occur due to various Outlook or Gmail issues
What to do if your email fails to send:
Retry sending the email once via Supermove
If it still fails, verify that the recipient’s email address is valid
If the address is correct and the issue persists, check with your email provider (Outlook or Gmail) for potential delivery issues
