If you’re using a Microsoft email account with Supermove’s two-way email integration, there are a couple of Microsoft-specific issues you may encounter. This article walks you through how to identify and resolve them.
Microsoft Reconnection Notice
You may see a banner at the top of your screen that reads:
"The company email expires in 13 days. Reconnect now to keep sending emails with the company email address."
This alert relates to Microsoft’s security protocol, which automatically expires third-party access every 90 days. It does not mean there’s a problem with your email account.
Why It Matters
If no action is taken before the expiry date:
Your Microsoft email connection will expire in Supermove.
Emails will start sending from noreply@supermove.co instead of your business email
How to Reconnect
Click "Click to reconnect" from the banner.
In the Actions dropdown next to your email, click Reconnect Account.
Complete the Microsoft sign-in flow to re-authenticate your account.
This will keep your branded email active in Supermove and ensure client replies stay organized within the platform.
Connection Auto-Denied Due to Missing Admin Consent Route
Some Microsoft accounts block the two-way email connection automatically if there’s no admin consent route configured in Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory). When no reviewers are assigned, Microsoft denies the request without prompting for approval.
How to Fix
-
Open Microsoft Admin Center by going to Microsoft Admin Center, and select All admin centers → Microsoft Entra
-
In the Microsoft Entra ID menu, click Enterprise applications
-
Then, under Security, select Consent and permissions
-
Now, Open Admin consent settings, and under Admin consent request reviewers, add at least one reviewer by User, Group, or Role
Click Save
Why This Happens
Without a designated reviewer, Microsoft has no one to approve third-party integration requests — so it auto-denies them.
