Office/Admin Workflow
This checklist covers the core steps for office teams managing/creating jobs in Supermove:

Start by gathering basic move information from the customer. | |
| Create a Project in Supermove | Use the “+ New Project” button to create a new job and input key details like name, contact info, and move type. | |
| Fill out job details and generate a Quote | Enter service info, pricing, and any additional items or labor to generate a formal quote. | |
| Send the quote via email or SMS | Share the quote directly from Supermove using the customer’s preferred contact method. | |
| Customer approves the quote | Once the quote is accepted, you’ll receive confirmation in Supermove | |
| Book the move and assign a date/time | Schedule the move on your calendar and confirm logistics with the customer. | |
| Assign crew and trucks using the calendar | Use the Capacity Calendar or Dispatch tab to assign team members and vehicles to the job. | |
| The move is completed in the field | Crews use the Crew App to manage the job in real-time. | |
| Review charges and make adjustments if needed | Double-check for any discrepancies or add-ons before finalizing the invoice. | |
| Mark the job as complete and send an invoice | If the crew didn’t close out the job in the app, you can do it manually and send the final invoice to the customer. |
Crew Workflow (Movers)
This checklist covers the standard steps for movers using the Crew App:

| Clock out to finalize the job | This closes out the job and sends everything back to the office for review |
