Moves Revenue by Job (Past) Report
The Moves Revenue by Job (Past) Report provides a historical view of revenue generated from completed moving jobs, grouped by job type. This report enables operations, finance, and leadership teams to analyze past job performance and revenue distribution trends over any selected timeframe. It includes a chart visualizing revenue by job type and a detailed job table for drill-down analysis.
Use This Report to Answer Questions Like:
What was the total revenue from completed jobs in the past quarter or year?
Which job types contributed the most revenue in a given month?
How many trucks and movers were typically assigned to revenue-generating jobs?
Are there any low-revenue or outlier jobs that need investigation?
Report Inputs (Filters at the Top)
Use the filter bar to customize the report and analyze specific segments of your past job data:

| Date Type | Specifies the basis for filtering (e.g., Job Start, Job End, Booking Date). |

| Branch | Filters jobs by associated company branch. Leave blank to include all branches. |
| Project Status | Filters by current job status (e.g., Completed). |
| Project Tags | Filters by user-defined tags that categorize projects. |
| Project Types | Filters results by types of projects such as Local Move or Long Distance. |
| Job Types | Filters jobs by operational types (e.g., Move, Pack, Load). |
| Job Tags | Filters jobs using applied custom tags. |
| Salesperson | Filters by the assigned salesperson. |
| Coordinator | Filters by the staff member managing the job. |
| Referral Sources | Filters jobs by how the client heard about your company. |
How Filters Affect the Data
The Date Type and Date Range filters determine which jobs are included in the report.
Changing Project Status, Branch, or Referral Sources will adjust both the visual chart and job table.
Every section updates live based on the filters, keeping all insights in sync.

| Start Date / End Date | The job’s scheduled start and end dates. |
| # of Movers / # of Trucks | Number of movers and trucks assigned. |
| Project Type | Classification of the move (e.g., Local Move). |
| Project Status | Final status of the project (e.g., Completed). |
| Salesperson | The salesperson assigned to this client. |
| Coordinator | The coordinator managing the client. |
| Referral Source | How the client heard about the company (e.g., LeadsPedia Lead, Website). |
| Referral Details | A deeper dive into the details of the referral. |
| Project Tags | A running list of project tags that are associated with the project in Supermove. |
| Job Tags | A running list of job tags that are associated with the job in Supermove. |
| Job Revenue | Revenue attributed to this specific job. |

| Proj Total Revenue | Total revenue tied to the parent project. |

| Pick Up Zipcode | The zip code of the starting location. |

Export Options
Revenue Chart Export: Download the visual chart of job revenue over time.
Job Table Export: Export the full detailed job list as a CSV for financial or operational analysis.
