The Moves Revenue by Job (Future) Report offers a forward-looking view of projected revenue from upcoming move jobs. It helps you anticipate revenue over a selected time range, grouped by job type. This report includes a weekly revenue chart and a detailed job-level table to support planning, dispatch coordination, and revenue forecasting.

Use This Report to Answer Questions Like:

What revenue is forecasted for the upcoming month?
Which job types are contributing to expected revenue?
Are any future jobs lacking assigned trucks or movers?
How many jobs are booked vs. still leads or on hold?

Report Inputs (Filters at the Top)

The filters at the top allow you to tailor the report to display only relevant data:

Job Date	Defines the future time window for jobs to be included (e.g., Next 30 days or a custom range) based on the date type selected.
Date Type	Specifies the basis for filtering (e.g., Job Start, Job End, Booking Date).
Project Visibility	Filters based on visibility status (e.g., “Active Projects”).
Branch	Filters jobs by the assigned company branch. Leave blank to include all.
Project Status	Filters by current job status (e.g., Lead, Booked, Hold).
Project Tags	Filters by custom project classification tags.
Project Types	Filters by type of move (e.g., Local Move, Long Distance).
Job Types	Filters by operational category (e.g., Move, Pack, Load).
Job Tags	Filters by user-defined tags on the job.
Salesperson	Filters jobs by the assigned salesperson.
Coordinator	Filters by the job coordinator.
Referral Sources	Filters by the origin of the lead (e.g., Website, Google, Referral).

How Filters Affect the Data

Changing the Date Type and Date Range adjusts which future jobs are included in the revenue projection.
Selecting different Project Statuses (e.g., Lead vs. Booked) allows users to analyze both tentative and confirmed work.
Filters like Job Type, Branch, or Referral Source provide deeper control over what’s included in both the chart and job list.

2 - Jobs Table (Detailed View)

This table displays each individual job contributing to the forecasted revenue, allowing teams to review job details at a glance. Note: columns can be hidden from visibility by clicking the gear icon on the table and toggling each respective column.

Start Date / End Date	Scheduled service dates.
# of Movers	Number of movers scheduled.

Client Url	Client name linked to their profile.
Billing Client Url	Billing client name as a clickable link to their profile.
Project Type	Overall type of move project (e.g., Local Move).
Project Status	Current status (e.g., Booked, Lead).
Project Url	Clickable project ID that links to the Supermove Project.
Salesperson	The salesperson assigned to this client.
Coordinator	The coordinator managing the client.
Referral Source	How the client heard about the company (e.g., LeadsPedia Lead, Website).
Referral Details	A deeper dive into the details of the referral.
Project Tags	A running list of project tags that are associated with the project in Supermove.
Job Tags	A running list of job tags that are associated with the job in Supermove.
Created At	Date the job/project was created in the system.
Job Revenue	Revenue associated with this job.
Proj Total Revenue	Total revenue tied to the parent project.
Job Tips	Any tips included (if applicable).
Job Tags	Tags linked to this specific job.
Job Sales Tax	Any sales tax collected on the job.
Pick Up Zipcode	The zip code of the starting location.
Drop Off Zipcode	The zip code of the ending location.
