Overview
The Marketing section of the Project Page contains two areas for reviewing how a customer found your company:
- Milestones: Marketing touchpoints captured automatically through supported lead forms and integrations
- Referral: The referral source and additional referral information recorded on the project
View Marketing Milestones
The Milestones block displays marketing-attribution information associated with the project. Use this information to understand which marketing source, campaign, or webpage contributed to the lead.
Understand Milestone Types
A project may include one or more of the following milestones:
- First Touch: The customer’s earliest recorded interaction with a marketing source
- Lead Created: The point when the lead or project was created in Supermove
- Last Touch: The final recorded marketing interaction before the lead was created
Information in the Milestones Block
Each available milestone can display:
- Milestone: The recorded milestone type
- Timestamp: The date and time the milestone occurred
- Campaign / UTM Details: Available campaign and UTM information, including values such as source and medium
- Landing URL: The webpage URL associated with the milestone
- Ad Type / Cost: The advertising platform and lead cost, when provided
Select Show all under Campaign / UTM Details to review any additional available values.
You can also select the information icon for a milestone to open Additional Milestone Data, which may include:
- Keywords
- Device
- Operating system
- Browser
Some fields may display None or Unknown when that information was not provided to Supermove.
If the project does not contain marketing-attribution information, the block displays No milestones to display.
Can Milestones Be Edited?
The Milestones block is read-only. Milestones are populated automatically from the lead source or integration and cannot be manually added, edited, or deleted from the Project Page.
