Overview: 

Our Known Lead Providers have preconfigured endpoints that map payloads into Supermove from each of the different partners. Supermove maintains the code that reformats the inbound leads into Supermove. Each upstream lead provider is responsible for sending the data to us in JSON format.  

Prerequisites: 

• Ability to configure outbound leads in the upstream partner, must be in JSON Format. Depending on the partner this often done by contacting your representative to have a webhook configured but varies depending on provider. 

How to Enable in Supermove: 

1. Go to Company Settings in Supermove
2. Click Lead Providers Tab (see screenshot above)
3. Click the + Add Lead Provider button. 
4. Select The Name of the Lead Provider. 
5. Add a Name and Description for this connection.
   • Note: You can configure multiple endpoints for each provider.  The names and descriptions allow you to tell them apart. 
6. Select the Project Type and Move Type from the dropdown menus. These will be used for all leads processed from this lead Provider.
7. Select Job and Project Tags. These will be added to all leads created by this integration.  
8. Click Copy URL. This URL is unique to your company and to your account. 
9. Reach out to your representative for the upstream Lead Provider. Request that they send all lead information to the URL from step 7 in JSON Format. All payloads sent to the endpoint will be associated with your Supermove account. No further API keys or organization identifiers are needed.
