When sending SMS messages to movers, you have one straightforward option: "Assigned Movers." This action sends individual SMS messages to each mover currently assigned to the job. If a mover has been removed from the job, they won't receive the text message.
Sending SMS messages to customers offers a choice between two recipients: the primary client and the billing client. When you initiate this action, it sends an SMS to the client you select.
Sending SMS messages to Office staff provides you with four distinct options:
- Project coordinator: This sends the SMS to the designated coordinator for the project.
- Project salesperson: This sends the SMS to the selected salesperson for the project.
- Specific users: This sends the SMS to the list of users you specify.
- Teams: This sends an SMS to each member of the selected teams.
Please note that when you choose the "selected users" option, the SMS will always be sent to the users you have selected.
