Storage Invoices Report
The Storage Invoices report provides visibility into all storage-related invoices across your organization. Use this report to track invoice revenue, outstanding balances, payment statuses, and billing trends over time for your storage projects.
Use This Report to Answer Questions Like:
- How much storage invoice revenue did we generate this month?
- Which storage invoices are currently overdue or unpaid?
- What is the total outstanding balance across all storage invoices?
- How do invoice volumes and revenue trend over time by week or month?
- Which branches or project types are generating the most storage invoice revenue?
Report Inputs (Filters at the Top)
Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow results. All filters are optional. When a filter is not set, all matching data is returned.
| Input | Description |
|---|---|
| Invoice Date | Set the date range for invoices to display. Defaults to the last 30 days. Use the preset options (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, etc.) or enter a custom range. |
| Date Window | Controls how the charts group data over time. Options: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. |
| Branch | Filter by one or more branches (organizations) within your company. |
| Project Type | Filter by storage project type. Multiple project types can be selected. By default, all storage project types are displayed. |
| Project Tags | Filter by project-level tags applied to storage projects. |
| Invoice Status | Filter by invoice status. Options include Scheduled, Unpaid, Paid, Overdue, and Finalized. By default, all statuses are selected. |
| Payment Status | Filter by payment status based on invoice payment progress. Options: Unpaid, Partial, Full, and Overpaid. |
| Search | Search by customer name, invoice number, or project number to find specific invoices. |
How Filters Affect the Data:
- All filters apply across the charts and data table simultaneously.
- The Invoice Date filter controls which invoices are included based on their invoice date. Invoices outside the selected range will not appear.
- The Date Window setting only affects how the Revenue, Balances, and Invoices charts group data — it does not filter out any records from the data table.
- Invoice Status and Payment Status filters can be combined to narrow results (e.g., show only Overdue invoices that are Unpaid).
Report Sections
1 - Revenue Chart
A bar chart showing total invoice revenue over time, grouped by the selected Date Window (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). Revenue is broken down by invoice status using the color-coded legend. Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to change the grouping metric.
2 - Balances Chart
A bar chart showing remaining invoice balances over time, grouped by the selected Date Window. This helps identify periods with high outstanding balances. The chart uses the same invoice status color coding as the Revenue chart.
3 - Invoices Chart
A bar chart showing the count of invoices over time, grouped by the selected Date Window and broken down by invoice status. Use this to monitor invoice volume trends and identify periods with high numbers of unpaid or overdue invoices.
