List of Events (Triggers) and Actions

Overview

Supermove provides a range of Events and Actions for task automation. To start, it's important to understand the following:

An Event is something that happens in Supermove, like pressing a button or sending an email. It's the reason/trigger for an Action to take place.
An Action is something that happens because of a certain Event. It's like a step in a process - something that will occur.

In simple terms, an Event is what starts it all, and the Action is what happens because of that Event. They work together to help automate common processes for your company!

Events

Here's a list of Events you can select for your Automation, and the options provided for each one. Keep in mind that Events trigger an Action!

Actions

Here's a list of Actions you can use to initiate an event. Keep in mind that an Action happens after an Event!

Stop If: Prevents an action from triggering under specific parameters	Automation Step Select Property Condition
Delay: To decide at what point the trigger is actioned	Time to Delay (hours, days, weeks)
Create Task: Create a task using a task template	Task Template
Archive Task: Archive a task from this automation.	Task Automation Step
Complete Task: Automatically updates the task status to complete	Task Automation Step
Update Task	Task Automation Step Select a Field > Update To
Send Virtual Walkthrough SMS: sends a text message to the client with the VWT link	Update survey method and send an automated virtual walkthrough SMS
Send Email: Send an automated email to the client, or Office staff	Send an automated email using email templates. You will not see a record of this email unless your email address is included. Email Template
Send SMS: Send an automated SMS using SMS templates.	SMS Text template
Send Quote	Sends the Quote flow listed for the selected Project Type
Send Confirmation	Sends the Confirmation flow listed for the selected Project Type NOTE: The oroject status is automatically updated to "Hold"
Send Document Flow	Send a Document Flow template
Assign to Branch: Assigns this event to action for a specific branch	Variable For Branch Selection Default Branch
Add Project Tag(s)	The system adds the selected tag to the Project
Remove Project Tag(s)	The system removes the selected tag to the Project
Invoke Webhook	HTTP Method (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE) URL Headers
Assign Office Staff	Role: Coordinator and/or Salesperson Assignment Method: Specific User and/or Round Robin
Update Project Sales Stage	Update the sales stage of a project.
