Supermove lets you manage multiple branches in one account, giving you access to all job and customer information across locations, while allowing office users at each branch to access their own Supermove account with branch-specific data.
NOTE: The Multi-Branch feature is only available on Pro-Tier subscription.
Supermove only allows for one email per login so multi user login gives the user the ability to use an alias to sign in with different organizations (parents & child accounts). You are not able to use the same email to access different accounts so here is where aliases come into action!
Who Uses It:
Users who have a parents brunch with either one or multiple child branches are able to use multi user login. Users don't ned to be added to the parent account in order to use this feature.
Why Use Multi User Login?
This feature is useful so the user does not have to make multiple email addresses in order to login to their parents & child accounts on Supermove. One email (with the help of an alias) will let the user login to any child branch they have access to.
The parent account is also able to assign the child account jobs that pop up through any of their lead generators as well.
How Do I Use Multi-User?
Reach out to email@example.com in order to configure your account & enable this feature. From there, you're able to use your regular email with the addition of "+BRANCH-NAME" to login.
