We have added several new variables that can be used via Document Builder. These variables support more flexibility with dates, locations, and totals for mileage, weight, cost, and profit.
Click on the"Settings"section in the bottom left corner
Scroll down to the Document Library section and click on"View/ Edit Document Library"
Choose the document you would like to edit and click on the"three vertical dots"and then"edit template" OR click on Create Template
From there, you'll be taken to the edit page of the specific document. Click here to learn more about editing a document.
The New Variables:

MOVE_ORIGIN_CITY
- Origin City (we have the destination version) -
MOVE_ORIGIN_STATE
- Origin State (once we have it backfilled) -
MOVE_DESTINATION_STATE
- Destination State (once we have it backfilled) -
JOB_MILEAGE
- total distance in miles for the job -
PROJECT_MILEAGE
- total distance in miles for the project -
PROJECT_WEIGHT
- most up-to-date weight value for a project -
PROJECT_TOTAL_REVENUE
- total revenue of the entire project (money earned) -
PROJECT_TOTAL_COST
- total cost of the entire project (money spent) -
PROJECT_TOTAL_PROFIT
- total profit of the entire project -
PROJECT_PACK_DATE
- date or range of the pack date on the project -
PROJECT_LOAD_DATE
- date or range of the load date on the project -
PROJECT_DELIVER_DATE
- date or range of the deliver date on the project -
JOB_TRUCK_NAMES
- comma separated list of names of the assigned trucks -
JOB_CREW_NOTES
- notes for the crew -
JOB_DISPATCH_NOTES
- notes for the dispatch team
