The new crew app offers an enhanced experience for our crew members, allowing them to view scheduled jobs, accept or decline jobs, and complete the driver inventory capture process directly from their mobile devices. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to set up a new crew member and invite them to use the new mover app.
From the Office App, go to Settings > Staff > Crew Members.
Click on Create Crew Member on the top right.
Enter the required information as usual.
Click Save to create the Crew Member.
The Crew Member will receive a text invitation to log in to the new mover app at www.mover.supermove.com
You can also resend the invitation if needed.
1. The mover should log in to the mover app at www.mover.supermove.com using their mobile device, and enter their mobile number.
2. They will receive a text message with an authentication code. Enter the code and click Next.

What happens to existing crew member who already has access to Supermove?
Crew members with existing Supermove logins can access the new experience by visiting www.mover.supermove.com on their mobile browser. They will be prompted to enter their phone number (registered with Supermove) and will receive an authentication code via text.
As a mover, can I still access the old mover app experience?
Yes, you can access the old experience by clicking on any job links that are texted to you.
What’s the difference between the existing and new mover app?
The new mover app is built on a new architecture that offers higher performance and speed. This enables us to introduce features like the new Driver Inventory tool.
Over time, more features from the current mover app will be migrated to the new mover app. In the meantime, refer to the table below for a comparison of available features between both versions:
