Editing Billing Values

#Overview

In Supermove, you can update a variety of project and job-level variables directly by editing Billing Values. Billing Values are values associated with specific variables stored in Supermove that are used to calculate bills. Commonly updated Billing Values include:

• Hourly Rate Override

• Number of crew and trucks

• Estimated Hours (Max & Min)

• Hour Minimum

• Estimated Weight

#How to Edit Billing Values

To make changes to these values (or any custom variables), please follow the below steps:

1. Select the project you would like to update

2. Scroll down to the Accounting section

3. Select Edit Billing Values

4. Find the value you would like to update and make desired changes

5. Click Save

#Tips:

• One thing to note on the “Edit Billing Values” screen is that these values will be segmented by Project and Job. Project level variables will appear in the top section and affect all jobs

• When you scroll down, you’ll see job level variables appear with the name and date of the associated job. Updates made at the job level will only affect that specific job
