As a business, you might charge different rates for customers who pay via credit cards versus customers who pay the invoice via cash. Supermove allows you to be able to change the rated on customers who are paying via credit card.
You are able to adjust the variable when adjusting the job rates. In "Settings" > "Billing Variables" > "Variables," there is a variable added for capturing the “hourly” adjustment that can happen on a move. The variable, Hourly Rate Adjustment will be initially set to $0. If the you have a different “credit card rate” (ex. one that include +$10/hour), then the variable can be set to $10.00. This allows you to use the variable in your own formulas. With this edit, you can adjust all bill items, or only the labor-based bill items.
When the move is being completed and the customer is ready to pay, the screenshot below shows what the mover would see when attempting to finalize the bill and charge the customer.
