Within Supermove, the office side has access to different notification settings for various position based updates. This automatic notification is incredibly helpful for being notified on specific aspects of a customer's journey. Let's go through how to access the notifications page!
From any page of Supermove, you'll see a small "Bell" icon. This is your notification center. Click on the "bell" icon
From there, the notifications page opens up where you are able to see all of the notifications for the jobs you have listed on the calendar. Click on the "settings gear" icon
This will take you to the notifications center where you're able to adjust & update the notification types for each role
You have the option to receive notifications in three different ways -
- In App: This will appear in the bell icon section
- Email: This will email the user's email associated with their Supermove account
Things to Note:
The notifications center can be modified by any user with office access. Currently, there is not a way for specific roles to only receive notifications pertaining to their job role or specific jobs that have been assigned. You are able to uncheck notifications for roles that should not be receiving specific updates.
