Within Supermove, you are able to record a payment in order to complete the move. If you are using the Stripe integration, you can directly take a payment within the Supermove platform. Let's learn about the different payment methods that can be configured within your Supermove account for the Office App!
The steps below go through selecting multiple payment options when recording payments on the Office App
Select the "Settings" tab on the left-hand side
Click on "View/Edit Company Settings"
Click on the tab labeled "Tax & Payments"
Then, select each payment method you would like to have available in the Office App by clicking the toggle "on", which will turn it "blue"
Blue = payment method is selected
Grey = payment method is deselected
View Updated Payment Methods & Collect a Payment
After you've selected all of the payment methods, you can check if they're available to use by hopping into any move of your choosing and recording a payment
Within the move, scroll down to the 'Billing' section of the job and click on "Click Payment" and then "Record Payment"
Enter the details of the payment, select the Payment Method and click on "Confirm" to save the payment information
Things to Note: You have the option to do split payments if your customer want to use multiple payment options (e.g. pay half with check and half with cash). To do a split payment, enter the first set of payment details, click "Confirm," and then repeat the steps above for a different payment method
