Once your crews have finished their work at the job site, you can provide them the ability to review and finalize the bill for customer payment. Please see below on how that process looks within the app.

Reviewing and Editing the Bill
Upon timesheet submission, the Crew App will automatically calculate the billable hours worked for the customer. An example can be seen below:
In addition, the crew member can click the Edit button to add-in, modify, and adjust any fees that were incurred on the job. For example, they can add in Supply costs, Flat Fees, and Discounts. The crew member will also have the ability to manually create a Custom Fee that may not be listed already in your settings. The process can be seen below:
Please note, any adjustment that the crew member makes to the bill will automatically display on the Job Page within your Office App account.
Once the bill has been fully updated, the crew member can click Next in the bottom right corner to proceed to the payment screen.
